Return Policy
 

Thank you for shopping with All Seasons Tactical LLC. We value your business and are committed to your satisfaction. Due to federal laws and safety regulations, please review our return and exchange policy carefully.

Firearm Sales (ALL FIREARMS ARE FINAL SALE)

All firearm sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on firearms unless the firearm is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Important Notes:

  • Firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

  • Before completing your transfer, please inspect the firearm thoroughly at your FFL dealer.

  • Once a firearm is transferred to you (i.e., after a successful background check and 4473 form is completed), we can no longer accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or fitment issues.

Damaged or Defective Firearms:

If you receive a firearm that is damaged or defective prior to transfer, do not accept the transfer. Instruct your FFL to return the firearm to us. Contact us immediately at [Insert Email] or [Insert Phone] to initiate a replacement or manufacturer warranty claim.

Firearm Parts, Accessories, Ammunition & Gear
Returns & Exchanges (Non-Firearms Only):

  • Must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • A copy of the original receipt must be included.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Ammunition (due to safety and legal regulations)

  • Any item that has been installed, used, altered, or shows signs of wear

  • Custom orders or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email [Insert Email] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Await approval and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  3. Ship item to the address provided with the RMA.

  4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus any applicable restocking fees).

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders not yet shipped may be canceled with no fee.

  • Firearm order cancellations after FFL processing may be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
