All firearm sales are final.

Customers are responsible for inspecting firearms at the receiving Federal Firearms Licensee ("FFL") before completing the transfer.

Once a firearm has been transferred to and accepted by the customer, it cannot be returned or exchanged through our website.

Manufacturer defects or warranty issues discovered after transfer should generally be handled through the firearm manufacturer's warranty process.

All ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for confirming the correct caliber, gauge, cartridge, quantity, and other specifications before placing an order.

All suppressor and NFA-item sales are final.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable requirements for the purchase and possession of NFA-regulated products.

Customers purchasing firearms online are responsible for selecting or providing a valid receiving FFL and confirming that the FFL is willing and legally able to accept the transfer.

Any fees charged by the receiving FFL are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for complying with all identification, background-check, residency, age, and other requirements applicable to the transfer.

Customers are responsible for determining that they are legally eligible to purchase and possess the products they order.

All Seasons Tactical reserves the right to handle situations involving an unsuccessful firearm or regulated-product transfer in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

All Seasons Tactical sells products nationwide where legally permitted.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, transfer, and use of products ordered from our website.

All Seasons Tactical reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when we determine that the product cannot legally be sold, shipped, transferred, or delivered to the purchaser or destination.

If All Seasons Tactical cancels an order before fulfillment because we determine that the transaction cannot legally be completed, we will determine the appropriate refund, if any, based on the circumstances and applicable law.

For firearms delivered to an FFL, do not complete the transfer if the firearm appears damaged or is not the firearm ordered.

We may request photographs, packaging information, shipping documentation, or other information necessary to evaluate the issue.

When All Seasons Tactical determines that an incorrect or damaged shipment is our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Orders should be considered final once submitted.

All Seasons Tactical does not guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed.

Customers should contact All Seasons Tactical regarding an order or billing concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.
