Shipping & Delivery Policy

All Seasons Tactical ships products throughout the United States where legally permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict shipment of any product to any state, locality, territory, or other jurisdiction when we determine that the sale, possession, shipment, or transfer may be prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Orders may be shipped using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another appropriate carrier, depending on the product, destination, carrier restrictions, and applicable law.

Carrier selection is at the discretion of All Seasons Tactical or the distributor or fulfillment provider handling the shipment unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Certain products, including firearms and ammunition, may be subject to carrier-specific shipping requirements.

Orders are processed as promptly as reasonably possible.

Processing and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Processing or shipment may be delayed because of:

• FFL verification

Firearms purchased through our website cannot be shipped directly to a customer unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

Firearms requiring an FFL transfer will be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) selected or provided by the customer.

The customer must complete all required transfer procedures with the receiving FFL before taking possession of the firearm.

These requirements may include:

• Identification
• Required forms
• Background checks
• Waiting periods
• Permits
• Age requirements
• Residency requirements
• Any other procedures required by federal, state, or local law

Customers are responsible for selecting or providing a valid receiving FFL that is willing and legally able to accept the firearm.

Before placing an order, customers should verify:

• The FFL is currently licensed.
• The FFL accepts transfers from All Seasons Tactical or our distributors.
• The FFL will accept the specific firearm being ordered.
• The customer understands the receiving FFL's transfer fees and procedures.

Any transfer fee charged by the receiving FFL is separate from the purchase price charged by All Seasons Tactical and is the customer's responsibility.

Customers should inspect firearms carefully at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer.

If a firearm arrives visibly damaged, is the incorrect firearm, or is materially different from what was ordered:

Once a firearm has been transferred to and accepted by the customer, the transaction is considered final in accordance with our Final Sale & Return Policy.

Ammunition will only be shipped to locations where shipment and possession are legally permitted.

Ammunition shipments may be subject to:

• Age-verification requirements
• Adult-signature requirements
• Carrier restrictions
• Hazardous-material or limited-quantity transportation requirements
• State and local restrictions
• Additional shipping charges

Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet the applicable legal requirements to purchase and receive ammunition.

Suppressors and other products regulated under the National Firearms Act ("NFA") are subject to additional federal and, where applicable, state and local requirements.

NFA products will only be transferred or shipped through legally authorized procedures.

Customers purchasing suppressors or other NFA-regulated products may be required to complete additional documentation, identification, fingerprinting, photographs, tax payments, applications, or other requirements before possession or transfer can occur.

All Seasons Tactical may utilize third-party services, including 10Scan, to facilitate portions of the NFA process.

Products that may legally be shipped directly to customers will generally be shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Certain firearm parts, magazines, accessories, knives, or other products may be restricted in particular jurisdictions even though they do not require an FFL transfer under federal law.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment when a product cannot legally be shipped to the destination provided.

It is the customer's responsibility to understand the laws applicable to the products they order and their jurisdiction.

Laws and restrictions concerning firearms, ammunition, magazines, firearm components, suppressors, knives, and other products can vary significantly between states and local jurisdictions.

All Seasons Tactical may use available compliance information to restrict prohibited shipments; however, the availability of a product on our website or the website's ability to accept an order does not constitute a representation that the product is legal for a particular customer to purchase, possess, or receive.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.

All Seasons Tactical is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Certain orders may require additional address, identity, payment, or fraud verification before shipment.

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors that may include product type, weight, dimensions, destination, carrier, distributor, insurance, handling requirements, and applicable shipping restrictions.

Shipping costs displayed during checkout may vary depending upon the products ordered and fulfillment method.

Additional charges may apply to ammunition, oversized products, regulated products, or other items requiring special handling.

Some products offered through our website may be fulfilled by distributors, suppliers, or other authorized fulfillment providers.

Orders containing multiple products may therefore arrive in separate shipments from different locations and at different times.

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Firearms fulfilled by a distributor will still be shipped to the appropriate receiving FFL when required.

Customers should retain all packaging, shipping labels, containers, and documentation relating to a damaged shipment.

We may need to coordinate with the carrier, distributor, supplier, or fulfillment provider to investigate a lost or damaged shipment.

When available, tracking information may be provided by email, through the customer's online account, or directly by the shipping carrier.

Tracking information may not become active immediately after an order is processed.

Delivery estimates supplied by a carrier are estimates and may change after shipment.

Certain shipments may require an adult signature or other verification at delivery.

Signature requirements may be determined by All Seasons Tactical, the distributor, the shipping carrier, the type of product being shipped, or applicable law.

Customers should carefully verify the product, caliber, model, configuration, shipping address, receiving FFL, and other order information before submitting an order.
