By purchasing an age-restricted or regulated product, you represent that:

• You meet the minimum legal age required for that product.
• You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the product.
• You are not prohibited by applicable law from purchasing or possessing the product.
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• You are purchasing the product for a lawful purpose.
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Passing an online age-verification screen does not establish legal eligibility to purchase or possess any particular product.

Firearms are sold and transferred only in accordance with applicable law.

Unless otherwise legally permitted, firearms purchased through our website must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee ("FFL") for transfer to the purchaser.

Purchasing and paying for a firearm through our website does not constitute completion of the legal firearm transfer.

The customer must successfully complete all required procedures before taking possession, which may include:

• Providing valid identification
• Completing required forms
• Completing required background checks
• Meeting age requirements
• Meeting residency requirements
• Satisfying applicable waiting periods
• Obtaining required permits or licenses
• Satisfying any other federal, state, or local requirements

All Seasons Tactical will not knowingly transfer or facilitate the transfer of a firearm to a person who is legally prohibited from receiving or possessing it.

Customers are responsible for selecting or providing an appropriate receiving FFL.

Before placing an order, customers should confirm that the receiving FFL:

• Holds a valid license.
• Is willing to accept the transfer.
• Will accept the specific firearm being purchased.
• Can legally transfer the firearm to the purchaser.

Any transfer fee or other charge imposed by the receiving FFL is the responsibility of the customer and is separate from charges paid to All Seasons Tactical.

An online purchase does not guarantee that a customer will be approved to receive a firearm or regulated product.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are legally eligible to purchase and possess the products they order.

If a transfer cannot be completed because of a background-check denial, identification issue, residency requirement, legal prohibition, customer ineligibility, failure to complete required documentation, or another issue attributable to the customer, the transaction will be handled in accordance with our Final Sale & Return Policy and applicable law.

Ammunition will only be sold and shipped where legally permitted.

By ordering ammunition, you represent that:

• You meet the legal age requirement applicable to the ammunition purchased.
• You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the ammunition.
• Shipment to your location is legally permitted.
• You have selected the appropriate ammunition for your intended firearm and lawful use.

All ammunition sales are final, subject to applicable law and our Final Sale & Return Policy.

Suppressors and other products regulated under the National Firearms Act ("NFA") are subject to additional requirements.

Purchasers may be required to complete applicable ATF forms, identification requirements, fingerprinting, photographs, tax payments, background checks, and other procedures.

All Seasons Tactical may use third-party service providers, including 10Scan, to facilitate portions of this process.

Purchasing or paying for an NFA-regulated product does not guarantee government approval of the applicable application or transfer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and completing all required steps.

Government fees, tax payments, third-party processing fees, fingerprinting charges, transfer expenses, and other costs may be non-refundable as provided by our Final Sale & Return Policy and applicable law.

All Seasons Tactical may sell products nationwide where legally permitted.

Firearm, ammunition, magazine, accessory, suppressor, knife, and other product restrictions can vary significantly by jurisdiction.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase may legally be purchased, possessed, received, and used in their jurisdiction.

Product availability on our website does not constitute a representation or guarantee that a product is legal in every jurisdiction or for every customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when we determine that the transaction cannot legally or reasonably be completed.

Customers may create accounts through our website.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Maintaining accurate and current information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Submitting an order and receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that All Seasons Tactical has accepted the order.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Payment issues
• Legal or regulatory restrictions
• Distributor availability
• FFL issues
• Shipping restrictions
• Customer eligibility concerns
• Website or technical errors
• Other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment

If we cancel an order, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

Product photographs may be supplied by manufacturers or distributors and may not always depict every feature or configuration exactly.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change prices, or cancel orders affected by material pricing or listing errors.

Products displayed on our website may be stocked by All Seasons Tactical or available through distributors or other fulfillment providers.

Displaying a product online does not guarantee current availability.

Inventory levels can change before website information is updated.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected order or contact the customer regarding available options.

Customers agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including BankCard.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders when payment cannot be verified or when we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

All orders are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Firearms requiring an FFL transfer will be shipped to an appropriate receiving FFL rather than directly to the customer.

Other products will only be shipped to locations where shipment is legally permitted.

Shipping times and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers should carefully review all product information before completing an order.

For firearms, customers should inspect the firearm at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer.

If a firearm is incorrect or arrives visibly damaged, do not complete the transfer. Contact All Seasons Tactical promptly.

Once a firearm has been transferred to and accepted by the customer, it cannot be returned to All Seasons Tactical through our online return process.

Orders should be considered final once submitted.

We do not guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed.

Orders that have entered processing, been submitted to a distributor, shipped, or begun an FFL, NFA, or other regulatory process may not be eligible for cancellation.

Any cancellation will be handled in accordance with our Final Sale & Return Policy and applicable law.

Products sold by All Seasons Tactical may be covered by warranties offered by their respective manufacturers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer rather than All Seasons Tactical.

Warranty issues involving a firearm or other product after delivery or transfer may need to be handled directly with the manufacturer.

We will reasonably assist customers in locating applicable manufacturer warranty information when possible.

The content of our website, including our business name, logos, graphics, photographs, text, designs, layout, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to All Seasons Tactical unless otherwise indicated.

You may use our website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, exploit, or use our proprietary website content for commercial purposes without authorization.

Manufacturer names, product names, trademarks, and images remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not use our website:

• For unlawful purposes.
• To attempt to purchase products you are legally prohibited from possessing.
• To provide false or misleading information.
